Privacy Policy

This website does not collect anything about you. There are no forms, no accounts, no online ordering, no payments, and no way to send us information through this site. We set no cookies and we use no analytics or tracking. The fonts and everything else on the page are served from this website itself, so nothing about your visit is sent to any other company.
Links out. The site has buttons that lead to Google Maps, WhatsApp, and our Facebook page. Nothing is sent to those companies while you are simply reading our pages. If you click one you leave this site, and from that point that company's own privacy policy applies, not ours.
If you contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, we keep what you send only for as long as we need it to help you and to keep the records a pharmacy is required to keep. We never sell it. We only share it if the law requires it, or if you ask us to process a claim with your insurance provider.
Your rights. Under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and in some cases ask us to delete it. Email us at info@omaripharmacy.com.
Children. This site is not aimed at children.
Changes. If we update this policy, the date above will change.
Governing law. The laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan apply.

هذا الموقع لا يجمع أي معلومات عنك. لا توجد نماذج ولا حسابات ولا طلبات إلكترونية ولا مدفوعات، ولا توجد وسيلة لإرسال معلومات إلينا عبر الموقع. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبع. تُحمّل الخطوط وجميع عناصر الصفحة من هذا الموقع نفسه، فلا تُرسل أي معلومات عن زيارتك إلى أي شركة أخرى.
الروابط الخارجية. يحتوي الموقع على أزرار تنقلك إلى خرائط Google وواتساب وصفحتنا على فيسبوك. لا يُرسَل أي شيء إلى هذه الشركات أثناء تصفحك لصفحاتنا. وإذا نقرت على أحدها فإنك تغادر هذا الموقع، وتسري عندئذٍ سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الشركة لا سياستنا.
عند التواصل معنا عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب، نحتفظ بما ترسله فقط للمدة اللازمة لمساعدتك وللاحتفاظ بالسجلات التي يفرضها القانون على الصيدليات. لا نبيع هذه المعلومات، ولا نشاركها إلا إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك أو إذا طلبت منا معالجة مطالبة مع جهة التأمين الخاصة بك.
حقوقك. بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم ٢٤ لسنة ٢٠٢٣، يمكنك السؤال عن بياناتك الشخصية لدينا وطلب تصحيحها، وفي بعض الحالات طلب حذفها. راسلنا على info@omaripharmacy.com.
الأطفال. هذا الموقع غير موجّه للأطفال.
